SUPERKOLL EXTRA S2 is a white or gray powdered adhesive composed of special cements and sand with a selected grain size, featuring a high content of synthetic resins and specific additives blended in a constant ratio according to a formulation developed in the CONCETTI LAB laboratories. The precise proportion of water used for mixing results in a mortar with high workability, zero vertical slip, and a long open time, ensuring excellent adhesion. The product is suitable for bonding any type of ceramic tile, including large-format tiles.
SUPERKOLL EXTRA S2 is suitable for installing any type of ceramic tile indoors and outdoors, on both floors and walls. Given its high content of synthetic resins and its exceptional adhesive properties, it is suitable for the indoor and outdoor installation of all types of ceramic tiles: porcelain stoneware, clinker, terracotta, natural stone, and reconstituted stone, provided they are dimensionally stable, even in large formats. It is suitable for installation on exterior facades, terraces, swimming pools, and cold storage rooms. SUPERKOLL EXTRA S2 can be used on cementitious substrates, existing ceramic flooring, EUROLIV 10 and 30 self-leveling compounds, traditional EUROMASS 50 screeds, and the fast-drying RAPID MASS 50 from the EUROKOLL product line. Screeds made of anhydrite or on gypsum-based plasters must be pre-treated with PRIMER GES. Substrates must be perfectly flat, mechanically sound, free of loose particles, and free of grease, oil, paint, wax, and sufficiently dry. In the event of unevenness, it is recommended to use the EUROLIV product line at least 72 hours prior to installation to level the substrates.
Mix the contents of one bag (25 kg) with approximately 7.5–8 liters of clean water, preferably using a mechanical mixer, until a smooth, lump-free mortar is obtained. Let the mixture rest for about 8 minutes, then stir it again before application.
