RINZAFFO E-R is particularly suitable as a primer on very smooth and therefore low-absorbency surfaces, such as concrete and precast or cast-in-place panels; it can also be used as a primer for renovation projects involving non-uniform substrates, such as mixed masonry, solid bricks, and stone masonry, resolving adhesion issues and thereby optimizing the substrate to receive cement- or lime-cement-based plasters or screeds.
Pour the correct amount of water into a clean container and slowly add the powder, mixing with an electric drill fitted with a mixing paddle until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained. Let the mixture rest for at least 10 minutes and remix briefly for a few seconds before application.
