RAPIDMASS 50 is a ready-to-use premixed mortar with medium-fast setting times and compensated shrinkage, made from selected aggregates and specific additives. Easy to work with, it allows for the rapid creation of compact, durable screeds that are walkable in approximately 12 hours and dry quickly in about 4 days. Complies with European Standard EN 13813 for cementitious screeds (CT) of class C25-F5 A1.
RAPIDMASS 50 is a ready-mix screed designed for preparing subfloors for installation both indoors and outdoors. It allows for the creation of bonded screeds with thicknesses ranging from 2 to 8 cm and floating screeds from 3 to 8 cm. Ideal for new construction or renovations, it is suitable for incorporating radiant heating systems, ensuring excellent performance of the underfloor heating system. Recommended for projects requiring rapid subfloor readiness.
Pour the contents of the bag into a suitable, clean container; then slowly add 1.75–2 L of water while stirring mechanically. Mix RAPIDMASS 50 thoroughly for 4–5 minutes, taking care to remove any undissolved powder from the sides and bottom of the container. Mixing should continue until the mixture is completely homogeneous. Avoid mixing the mixture by hand.
