MONOCEM FIBRATO is a premixed mortar based on cement and lime, selected aggregates, and specific additives dosed in a constant ratio to provide excellent adhesion and workability, suitable for application by mechanical spraying. The presence of polypropylene fibers increases the modulus of elasticity by distributing shrinkage stresses evenly, thereby enhancing mechanical strength and reducing microcracking without compromising durability or appearance.
MONOCEM FIBRATO is used as a base coat plaster for both exterior and interior applications on traditional surfaces such as masonry, concrete blocks or elements, natural stone masonry with medium absorbency, mixed stone and brick masonry, cement-based render, and concrete structures that have been pre-treated with EUROPRIM P1 bonding primer.
To apply MONOCEM FIBRATO with a plastering machine: adjust the amount of water to obtain a mortar suitable for application that is consistent and workable (20–22 liters of water per 100 kg of powder). If MONOCEM FIBRATO is applied by hand, it is recommended to mix it in a concrete mixer or with a slow-speed mixer for 3 minutes (the use of a drill/whisk is not recommended).
